Boise Group Homes is a small company so employees aren't just a number, they really matter to us. Employees interact with each other all the way up to the owner/administrator (he even does maintenance at the homes and mows the lawns). Because of the nature of the job, the individuals who live here and our co-workers feel like a second family. We do our best to hire employees and place them in positions that best fit their personality and experience; taking into account the individuals that they will be working with and the co-workers they will work along side day by day.
