About Us
We are a licensed Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) currently serving 24 residents in a supportive, person-centered environment. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide ongoing nursing oversight and regulatory compliance support on a contract basis.

Position Summary
The Contract Registered Nurse will provide monthly nursing services, including quarterly body assessments and chart reviews for residents, while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal ICF/IID regulations. This position is ideal for an RN seeking flexible supplemental income with a predictable monthly schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct quarterly body checks/physical assessments for all residents.
  • Complete quarterly chart reviews and nursing documentation.
  • Monitor residents' health status and identify potential concerns.
  • Review medication and treatment records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide recommendations to the interdisciplinary team regarding health-related needs.
  • Assist with nursing-related regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to facility leadership.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho.
  • Can pass an Idaho Department of Health and Welfare background check.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of ICF/IID regulations and documentation requirements preferred, but not required.
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Compensation
  • Approximately 8–10 hours per month.
